DESCRIPTION:Community Recognition: Haitian Heritage Month \nThe Broward County Film Society and LBV Films presents the locally produced documentary “Dual Citizen”. The film is a personal voyage of filmmaker Rachelle Salnave and her father’s quest for for their Haitian citizenship.
