FAB Grantee Program: FAB at Island City Stage: Grey Gardens: Exclusive Members’ Program
Pre-Show Reception & An Evening of Musical Theatre
Join FAB for an evening with Island City Stage, beginning with a 7:00 PM pre-show reception at the ICS offices, a short distance down the street from the theatre.
The reception is generously provided courtesy of Craig Wilson, FAB Treasurer, and Mark McGuire, FAB Grants Manager. Connect with fellow members before heading to the theatre for Grey Gardens.
Based on the acclaimed 1975 documentary, this moving and often humorous musical explores the lives of Big Edie and Little Edie Bouvier Beale, Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis’s aunt and cousin. Their journey from society glamour to a secluded life at their East Hampton estate reveals a complex mother-daughter bond shaped by ambition, memory, and devotion.
Directed by Andy Rogow, with music by Scott Frankel, lyrics by Michael Korie, and a book by Doug Wright.
