Leslie W. Brown: FAB Founding Member

Leslie had a deep passion for the arts and culture in our community. While working as the Executive Director at the Broward Performing Arts Foundation, she created and spearheaded the Vision for the 21st Century Campaign, which successfully eliminated the Broward Center for the Performing Arts’ mortgage 11 years early and grew an $11 million endowment.

Leslie was a passionate supporter and champion for the arts and culture in our community. She was a proud member of Funding Arts Broward, Entourage, Bonnet House, the Fort Lauderdale Historical Society, Fort Lauderdale Children’s Theatre’s Spotlight Circle of Friends, and the Broward Women’s Alliance.
